De Paul Manor Estate a small boutique complex comprising 78 apartments in total and is due to open in March 2010. De Paul Manor Estate offers one, two and three bedroom apartments many with study in an open style plan. All apartments have quality fittings and luxury finishes. There are nine floor / apartment designs to choose from. You can also choose your position in the six different building styles located on the site, encompassing two, three or four stories. The development has been architecturally designed with interior fittings and colours co-ordinated by an interior designer.
